Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product or project management in technology or product-driven environments.
• Experience owning executive-facing status reports and portfolio-level dashboards.
• BS degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation and delivery of weekly status reports for multiple projects and portfolio-level reporting.
• Maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules across concurrent projects.
• Partner with product management to align plans with priorities and translate roadmaps into executable plans.
• Identify and track risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Drive coordination across engineering, design, and operations to ensure smooth handoffs and resolve blockers.
• Facilitate structured communications and document decisions and actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering Program Manager to reflect technical workstreams in status and plans.
• Support standard program management functions including meetings, retrospectives, and process docs.
