Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a technical field as listed.
• 2+ years of software project management experience.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Experience delivering software projects on time with QA and milestones.
• Ability to identify risks early and perform technical deep-dives with SW engineers/DevOps/QA.
• Excellent ability to present updates and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software algorithms, applications and systems for hardware design validation and testing.
• Drive requirements gathering across stakeholders to define clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee technical design reviews ensuring architecture aligns with objectives and scalability.
• Deep-dive into features to map dependencies and integration points.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Own project delivery, ensuring on-time completion with rigorous testing and validation.
• Coordinate vendor teams with clear deliverables, timelines and accountability.
