Job summary

Torus is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Physical Security, to own and evolve the physical security program across Torus sites and critical infrastructure. You will act as the security expert, building governance, guard force programs, and ensuring the highest standards for grid-connected facilities.

You will collaborate with Install Teams, IT/Security, Legal, Facilities, and site leadership to balance regulatory requirements with the pace of manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience governing physical security policies across enterprise
• Experience in PSVAs and translating findings into remediation actions
• Experience managing guard force programs including MSAs/SOWs and KPIs
• Strong knowledge of access control, badgeing, and credentialing platforms
• Analytical skills to define and report on KPIs, SLAs and budgets
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership
• Self-starter who executes with minimal direction

Responsibilities

• Shape physical security strategy across sites with layered controls and governance
• Develop and govern physical security policies, SOPs, and access control governance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including NERC CIP-014
• Plan and conduct PSVAs across sites and translate findings into remediation plans
• Manage contract guard force programs, including MSA/SOW administration
• Own budgeting for OpEx/CapEx for the physical security program
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences
• Administer badge/access control systems and credentialing
• Integrate security architecture with monitoring and incident response
• Anticipate evolving security needs as Torus expands
