Job summary

Accura Engineering seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects at the Marshall Space Flight Center onsite in Huntsville, AL. The role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality, coordinating staff and Customer representatives.

Requirements include PE or Architect licensure, 10+ years in engineering/PM, PMP preferred, strong leadership and communication, proficiency with MS Office; compensation discussed in interview; comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• PE or Architect license with 10+ years in engineering/PM.
• Bachelor or Master in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate task and project orders, scope, and estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while coordinating the onsite team.
• Ensure resource planning and execution of the contract per the performance work statement.
• Supervise direct reports including A&E Managers and GIS Manager.
• Foster synergies between work requests to improve efficiency.
