Job summary

Accura Engineering seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville. You will coordinate staff and customer representatives, ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards. Ideal candidates hold a B.S./M.S.

in engineering or architecture, with PE or Architect licensure, PMP preferred, and at least 10 years in engineering/PM. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or Registered Architect with minimum 10 years of related experience.
• PMP certification preferred; strong PM leadership and client management skills.
• 10+ years in engineering/architecture and project management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate task and project orders, scope, and estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while coordinating the onsite team.
• Ensure resource planning and execution to meet contract performance standards.
• Supervise A&E Managers, Construction Supervision/Inspection Managers, GIS Manager, and onsite staff.
• Foster synergies between work requests to enhance efficiency.
