Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System, based in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Program Manager IV for Nursing Informatics to provide strategic leadership for the clinical informatics portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field with six years of related experience.
• Or Master's degree with five years of related experience.
• Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation, communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the implementation and maintenance of assigned programs at Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus.
• Oversee Epic optimization, AI integration, vendor partnerships, regulatory compliance, and disciplined project and portfolio management.
• Plan and maintain systems and procedures, manage risk, and provide executive reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between Nursing Informatics and external partners while supporting staff capacity and ensuring efficient delivery.
• Lead large, multi-site clinical informatics projects, including Epic upgrades and AI initiatives.
