Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a seasoned Program Manager - Networking to lead large-scale networking and fiber infrastructure programs within our Public Sector SLED practice in Baltimore, MD. The role requires deep expertise in managing service provider networks and delivering complex IT programs across geographically dispersed environments.

Hybrid or on-site work depending on client requirements; travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure program management experience.
• 5+ years managing networks across 100+ locations and 10,000+ users.
• PMI PMP certification required and PMBoK methodologies experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IS or Business.
• Proven leadership on complex IT development projects with change management.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end program delivery for networking and fiber initiatives.
• Manage networks supporting 100+ locations and 10,000+ individuals with high availability.
• Develop program plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Implement risk management strategies and provide KPI and financial reporting.
