ORBIS Inc. is seeking a seasoned program manager to support Code 412's engineering and logistics for steam systems on Navy vessels and facilities. The role requires leadership across safety, reliability, and propulsion readiness programs.

The ideal candidate has eight years in program management plus five in engineering, BS in Engineering, U.S. citizenship, and a SECRET clearance. You will develop and approve DFS, oversee SCDs and SRDs, and coordinate with naval teams to ensure readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management and 5+ years in engineering.
• Experience in conventional steam or nuclear propulsion modernization.
• Specialized experience preparing/approving Departure from Specifications (DFS).
• SCD and SRD development for steam systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and logistics support for steam systems on Navy vessels and facilities.
• Manage DFS, SCDs, SRDs and related documentation.
• Lead senior engineering management of propulsion plant readiness programs.
