Job summary

Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, LLC, via KCNSC, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead moderately to significantly complex engineering programs. You will negotiate budgets, manage schedules, and liaison with the DoE, NSE, and design agencies for successful outcomes.

You will guide matrix teams, ensure process alignment with best practices, and drive continuous improvement across assigned programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in engineering, manufacturing, and/or program management roles.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain DOE security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, evaluate, determine, and execute program management activities for significant, complex programs.
• Lead and influence with technical expertise to identify and mitigate program risks and resolve issues.
• Establish achievable cost and schedule parameters for weapons programs and related elements.
• Manage financial planning, monitoring, reporting, and scheduling for complex programs.
• Act as primary liaison with DoE, labs, and external contractors for key programs.
• Guide program definitions, schedules, and engineering releases; ensure alignment with strategic goals.
