Job summary

Nightwing is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to direct, manage, and administer all aspects of the SOW, ensuring completion within budget and schedule parameters. This high-visibility, customer-facing leader will bridge technical execution, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery for no-fail national security missions.

The role requires proven P&L responsibility, 100+ FTEs, and the ability to forecast, plan strategically, and manage complex programs with government customers and IC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required in a related STEM/management field.
• PMP certification is required.
• 10+ years program management with P&L responsibility.
• 8+ years managing programs of 100+ FTEs and $50M+ budgets.
• 5–8 years in cybersecurity, SOC, or IT services for government/IC.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage contract deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics for programs with 100+ FTEs.
• Ensure SOW requirements are met within budget and schedule constraints in support of no-fail national security missions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, schedules, and reporting artifacts.
• Lead customer engagement and provide executive-level updates, program status reporting, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors to meet contract standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks in no-fail mission environments.
