Job summary

KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks a highly qualified Program Manager to support a government contract in Northern Virginia. The PM manages all tasks within budgets, serving as the main liaison with the Government and guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver on schedule.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, experience in IT O&M, and strong leadership across complex programs. This is a contingent position through the contract award.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or STEM) with 6+ years of program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM with 8+ years of experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 12 years of experience in relevant work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact to the Government customer on program and technical issues.
• Plan, direct, and schedule the timely and successful accomplishment of contract tasks.
• Submit all items to be delivered under this contract.
• Direct control over the Contractor team and provide leadership.
• Offer technical and analytical guidance to the project team and resolve problems.
• Provide management services including time accounting, financial tracking, and staffing.
• Prepare and ensure accountability for all contract deliverables.
• Assist in technical leadership and direction to multidisciplinary staff.
• Prepare SOPs, protocols, and other technical documentation.
• Able to supervise, manage, support, and evaluate personnel.
