Job summary

Antenna Research Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to plan and oversee programs delivering RF components, subsystems, and systems for national security missions.

You will lead development, production, delivery, and sustainment while coordinating with DoD customers and military partners. The role emphasizes translating customer requirements into clear directions, driving cross-functional execution, and maintaining strong customer relationships across the program

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance is required.
• 10–15 years of program management or related experience.
• Experience managing firm fixed-price and cost-type contracts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and IPTs.
• Experience working with government and commercial customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead capture, bid, and proposal activities.
• Manage the daily execution of multiple programs within contract requirements to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Lead all meetings and the Integrated Product Team from proposal kickoff through program close.
• Interface with internal and external customers on contracts and proposals.
• Represent management at program reviews and related events.
• Develop and implement plans and schedules to execute contracts/subcontracts.
• Allocate and control budgets for labor, material, travel, and services.
• Report program status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate program risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform schedule and cost variance analyses and present findings to leadership.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met per regulatory and company policies.
• Demonstrate ability to manage changing priorities and aggressive timelines.
