Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Project Manager in San Diego to lead MILCON/ICG and related infrastructure projects from planning through closeout, coordinating technical, financial, and stakeholder requirements. You will develop schedules, track milestones, and manage Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in federal or DoD programs, and an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably DoD or federal programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Power BI.
• Active Secret clearance required; U.S. citizenship is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support MILCON, ICG, and related infrastructure project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to track status and metrics.
• Gather and document technical, operational, and stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations teams.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action trackers.
• Maintain project documentation and data repositories.
• Provide monthly status reports and leadership briefs.
