Job summary

SCHARP Ca seeks a Program Manager to oversee the Adult Full-Service Partnership Intensive Case Management (FSP-ICM) program. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with LAC-DMH requirements, Medi-Cal standards, and agency contracts, and coordinate care across sites to promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
• LCSW or LMFT licensure preferred; otherwise eligible for CA Board of Behavioral Sciences licensure.
• Must be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and maintain registration.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure mental health experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Must obtain and maintain LPS designation and be QMHP eligible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services for active clients and ensure alignment with program goals (housing stability, reduced homelessness, better functioning).
• Provide weekly administrative supervision and conduct team meetings to review services for each enrolled client.
• Ensure LOCUS assessments every six months and review scores with the treatment team.
• Coordinate high-risk, high-acuity cases and collaborate across levels of care.
• Ensure staff documentation meets DMH standards and complete required records.
