Job summary

AMD is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to support the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer in Austin, TX.

You will drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives, maintain a disciplined review cadence, surface risks, and keep priorities aligned with marketing objectives. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will prepare executive-ready presentations, coordinate leadership events, partner with Finance and HR on budgets, and escalate risks while improving processes including

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or program management, ideally in marketing or exec offices.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with attention to detail.
• Strong initiative in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• AI project management tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic marketing initiatives.
• Prepare concise, executive-ready presentations and summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate leadership events and meetings for the Chief Marketing Officer.
• Partner with Finance and HR to align marketing priorities, budgets, and governance.
• Identify risks early, escalate when needed, and drive issues to resolution.
• Continuously improve processes and tools, including AI-enabled workflows.
