You’ll lead a global team delivering integrated campaigns, regional activation, acquisition and lifecycle growth, driving adoption across cloud, client and embedded AI. You will partner across Marketing, Engineering, Product, Developer Relations and regional teams to build scalable programs, optimize performance and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in integrated, growth, digital or developer marketing in tech environments.
• Proven leadership of marketing teams and complex campaigns.
• Experience building acquisition and lifecycle programs delivering growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, analytics and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global developer marketing with integrated campaigns across channels.
• Build and lead a global marketing team, setting priorities and development opportunities.
• Drive developer acquisition and activation through customer journeys.
• Support AMD’s AI ecosystem campaigns (ROCm, Ryzen AI, etc.).
• Scale regional activation including US, China, and EMEA; balance global with local needs.
• Optimize marketing performance using analytics and automation.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, Engineering, Product, Developer Relations and agencies.
