Job summary

GFiber is seeking a PgM Lead to manage a team of program managers across engineering, operations, construction, budgets, forecasting and planning. The role requires prioritizing tasks, coordinating diverse work streams and leading cross-functional teams to deliver critical projects on time.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $136,000 - $149,600 + bonus + benefits. Travel up to 25% is expected as projects span multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience managing complex schedules with a diverse vendor base and annual planning cycles.
• Leadership experience in telecommunications or capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Management functions including initiation, planning, executing, controlling and closing.
• Coordinate across internal groups and external organizations to deploy processes.
• Lead process improvements for deployment and operations efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects/programs and planning for long-term success.
• Direct full-time employees and delivery through strategic partners/vendors.
