Job summary

Dripping Springs-area client seeks a Program Manager to lead complex customer programs from concept through delivery. Reports to the COO and will drive execution, customer satisfaction, and profitability in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Onsite in Dripping Springs/SW Austin, TX, with a need to commute daily. 5+ years of PM experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred; ITAR compliance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing customer-facing technical programs preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident due to ITAR-related requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Own programs from initial customer engagement through project completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables; monitor KPIs and project metrics.
