Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion / EBS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery performance for large-scale programs.
• Engage in structured cadence meetings covering status, risks, and schedule adherence.
• Communicate delivery risks and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors and installation teams on delivery sequencing and site readiness.
• Ensure BOM accuracy, ECO/CO changes and ERP alignment.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.
