You will oversee technical execution, coordinate with construction, controls, supply chain, HR, HSE and finance teams, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

The role requires extensive travel within the USA, strong leadership, and robust contract management skills.

Qualifications

• Typically 12-15+ years since first degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Engineering, Construction Management or Project Controls.
• 3+ years Project Site Engineering or Construction Management role.
• Broad technical knowledge of construction methods and equipment, engineering processes, and fabrication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in a single country or sub-region within a single country with scope up to US$100MM.
• Maintain client relationships and manage resources for the project.
• Forecasting and reporting; ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies.
• Travel to project locations for client meetings and site assessments.
• Lead change management to mitigate risk and maximize value.
