Job summary

Boeing Global Services seeks a Senior Program Management Specialist for KC-46 Support and Training in Tukwila, WA, Everett, WA, or Oklahoma City, OK. You will lead the KC-46 Organic Sustainment Support contract, overseeing acquisition, execution, and strategic growth while building customer and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities include shaping program strategies, proposals, and performance metrics, while managing risks and coordinating with engineering, field service, and supply chain

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience with Program Management or Project Management Best Practices.
• Experience leading teams in a formal or informal role.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders.
• Experience with Government or Military acquisition and proposal development processes.
• 5+ years’ experience working with engineering, field service, and supply chain.
• Knowledge of U.S. Air Force or government aviation maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with government and other customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
• Lead the development of program strategies, product offerings, and proposals.
• Ensure adherence to contract performance metrics and statement of work.
• Lead time sensitive material support processes and actions.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues and opportunities.
• Support various other special projects as required.
