Job summary

Catalyx is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex programs across automation and logistics. You will guide multiple projects, ensure alignment with program objectives, and manage governance, schedules, budgets, and risks.

You will mentor Project Managers and coordinate across engineering, operations, finance, and vendors to deliver successful outcomes and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in engineering/industrial settings.
• Experience leading large, complex programs with budget and resource responsibilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers and promoting PMO standards.
• Strong understanding of financial management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple related projects or large, complex customer programs from initiation through execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Establish program objectives, execution strategies, governance structures, and success criteria.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers and teams, ensuring alignment of schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and identify dependencies.
• Maintain financial accountability for programs including budgets, forecasts, and margin management.
• Coordinate resource requirements across engineering, operations, and other functions.
• Establish program‑level risk and issue management and escalation processes.
• Lead resolution of complex program issues across multiple groups and stakeholders.
• Serve as senior customer-facing point of contact and maintain relationships with customer leadership.
• Facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, and status meetings.
• Provide program-level reporting on health, schedule, financials, risks, and actions.
