Google LLC is hiring a Control Tower Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, strategic role overseeing end-to-end supply chain control tower operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and global partners to optimize material flows and 4PL execution across multiple time zones.

As a key enterprise role, you’ll mitigate disruptions, optimize spend, and ensure flawless order fulfillment, with performance metrics like OTIF and spend analyzed regularly.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service roles, with a focus on customer-facing logistics.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles, transportation modes, warehousing operations, and international shipping.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics processes and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and customer‑centric mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Own the order lifecycle from receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and strict schedule adherence.
• Partner closely with internal Sales, Production Planning, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to optimize inventory allocation.
• Oversee carrier selection and route planning to balance cost‑effectiveness with on‑time delivery.
• Measure and report on core logistics metrics, including On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF), order accuracy, and freight spend.
