Job summary

Allied Steel Buildings seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic oversight for multiple mission-critical infrastructure programs, including data centers and large industrial projects. You will drive execution from pre-construction through commissioning, with full accountability for structural steel and expanding to other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience: 10+ years leading multi-project portfolios in data centers or large-scale industrial construction.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop senior-level execution strategies with master schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Mentor cross-functional teams of PMs, engineers, and design managers.
• Direct full-cycle delivery for structural steel and related scopes from design to erection.
• Lead high-level estimates, proposals, and value-engineering for competitive bids.
• Manage executive client relationships and governance meetings.
• Oversee performance against hyperscale KPIs and drive mitigation strategies.
• Champion continuous improvement and adoption of BIM/Procore/Primavera best practices.
