Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in industrial or data center construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related technical field.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD/Revit.
• Ability to expand technical scope into additional disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze documents to develop end-to-end estimates for structural steel and related scopes.
• Oversee bid process, solicitations, and proposals to ensure timely submissions.
• Lead end-to-end project management for structural steel and related disciplines from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical and logistical issues and drive success.
• Monitor progress against milestones and KPIs, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage estimating, scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance to meet budget and quality targets.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and transparent reporting.
