Job summary

AFL Telecommunications, LLC is seeking a Program Manager IV for Account & Client Management to lead strategic, enterprise‑level programs for hyperscale data center clients. You will manage senior client relationships, drive governance, and oversee cross‑functional execution to ensure safety, quality, and financial performance.

You will mentor PMs, influence leadership, and shape long‑term account strategy while owning budgets, staffing, and risk mitigation across multiple locations and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10–15+ years of PM experience in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar portfolios with senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Advanced financial and commercial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own executive‑level relationships with hyperscale data center clients and act as senior AFL Global representative.
• Lead governance structures including executive reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
• Drive account strategy, retention, and growth across multiple complex programs.
• Ensure programs meet contractual, schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, staffing plans, and cost controls for assigned accounts.
• Mentor Program Managers and cross‑functional teams; influence across matrixed groups.
• Identify risks early, drive mitigation, and manage change with stakeholders.
