The role combines operations, project management, business development, estimating, and fleet management to build a profitable field operation. You will oversee hydrovac trucks, locating crews, and field supervisors while developing relationships with utility owners, municipalities, and engineering firms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in heavy civil construction or underground utilities.
• Experience managing multiple field crews and projects.
• Strong knowledge of excavation operations and utility construction.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Hydro Excavation & Utility Locating Division.
• Manage multiple hydrovac trucks and locating crews.
• Develop schedules to maximize crew productivity and fleet utilization.
• Monitor safety, schedule, and budget; ensure profitability.
• Oversee client relationships and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with utility owners, municipalities, and contractors.
