Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a Hydrovac Operations Supervisor to lead daily field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure project milestones are met across utilities installation projects. You will interact with utility owners, GC, and customers, handling documentation and timekeeping.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in underground utilities, strong leadership, and a focus on safety. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; proficiency with MS Office and MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or desired.
• 3–5 years in Underground Utility Industry overseeing multiple crews.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and helps field communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the departments under supervision.
• Proactively manage work hours for crews and assets.
• Provide feedback to management on critical issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, training, and client standards are met.
• Perform weekly field audits for each crew.
• Inspect equipment and tools daily and ensure proper walk-arounds.
• Complete all required paperwork for company and clients.
• Develop leadership and maintain a motivated multi-functional workforce.
• Ensure fleet policy compliance and optimize vehicle utilization.
• Order and track materials needed for day-to-day tasks.
• Keep yard and material storage areas organized daily.
