Job summary

UMB Bank’s Governance organization within Enterprise Technology Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise initiatives across data analytics and digital banking. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline and at least 8 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficiency utilizing a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool (e.g., Sciforma, MS Project).
• Knowledge of financial services processes/workflows including data management, card transactions, core banking deposits and customer processing, loan processing, payments, and fraud management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple enterprise projects across data analytics and/or digital banking programs.
• Develop business cases for executive review and approval of new projects.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Plan, monitor, adjust, and communicate project schedules.
• Identify constraints and risks; coordinate resolution of complex issues.
• Track, measure, and report project status and progress.
• Coordinate with IT resource managers and partners to ensure proper staffing during each SDLC phase.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, processes, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
