Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in data governance, product management, business analysis, data engineering, data science or related field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and be the go-to data needs owner for business teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed data, product specifications, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering, data science, governance, and platform teams to develop and launch data products.
• Define the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for data products with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a product backlog and release plan for data products.
• Ensure data products are scalable, reliable, secure, and compliant with regulations.
• Develop KPIs to measure product success and impact.
