Job summary

The position is based on-site in Miami with Fridays remote, involving collaboration with Hotel Operations, Newbuilding Design, and Marine Operations to uphold regulatory and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of project management experience.
• Experience with MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver refurbishment projects on assigned vessels on time, budget, and quality.
• Establish refurbishment approaches for new features and set standards.
• Lead complex refurbishment issues and resolve escalations.
• Define and maintain refurbishment standards and train teams.
• Manage annual refurbishment plan and ship condition reviews.
• Coordinate with departments and manage regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with Hotel Operations, Newbuilding Design, and Marine Operations.
