Modine is seeking a Senior Program Manager - HDE to lead high-value programs from concept to launch in a cross-functional environment. You will align with customer goals and internal targets for cost, timing, quality, and profitability, and guide teams across Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Costing, and Operations.

We value a proven leader with 10+ years in program management, ISO 9001/APQP knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; MBA/MS preferred.
• 10+ years in program management with 5+ years in leadership of cross-functional programs.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale programs ($10M-$50M revenue) on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and APQP; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value, high-complexity programs from concept through launch.
• Develop business cases with ROI analysis and risk mitigation.
• Oversee APQP phases 2–5 and ensure milestones and deliverables.
• Direct cross-functional teams and manage customer stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, capital/tooling investments, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement and report program status to executives.
• Mentor junior program managers and team members.
