Job summary

Aptiv PLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design and manufacturing teams through development of HV connectors, inlets, and media modules. You will set milestones, track progress, and maintain frequent communication with stakeholders and customers.

You will own program lifecycle, drive risk management, ensure profitability, and coordinate with Directors to secure approvals for funding and staffing. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in project/program management or equivalent.
• Experience with product life cycle and risk management tools.
• Proven leadership in PM, Eng, or manufacturing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and manufacturing teams through development of new connection systems.
• Develop initial plans, milestones, and track project activities.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and customers.
• Own program lifecycle, drive reviews, and mitigate risks.
• Secure approvals and manage profitability for assigned programs.
