Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead robotics and drone hardware/software development programs, coordinating across engineering, product, autonomy, localization, safety, manufacturing, operations, and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate will drive execution, manage schedules and risks, align stakeholders, and bring innovative AMR and drone solutions to market from concept through deployment in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/business/PM or related technical field.
• 5+ years leading engineering or technology projects.
• Experience delivering hardware, software, or integrated systems.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and product development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, and manufacturing.
• Manage risks, issues, scope, and resource commitments throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate status and decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support governance, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
