Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager for Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs. The role leads GTM programs end-to-end, translating objectives into integrated plans, governance, and execution with cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Product.

You will manage dependencies, surface tradeoffs, and drive timely decisions, applying PMO standards and coaching teams through ambiguity to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years managing cross-functional programs.
  • Experience designing integrated program plans and managing dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and partner with GTM teams to align objectives and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM transformation programs from planning through execution, launch readiness, and stabilization.
  • Develop integrated program plans with milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and outcomes.
  • Design governance, operating cadence, and stakeholder forums to create visibility and momentum.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data to align plans and resolve blockers.
  • Create executive-ready program updates, dashboards, and summaries communicating progress and decisions.
  • Define ownership, readiness, and post-launch stabilization activities for launch-to-run readiness.
  • Apply PMO standards and contribute improvements based on learnings.
  • Lead workstreams or small teams and provide guidance and coaching as appropriate.

You will translate program objectives into integrated plans, operating rhythms, and clear execution paths that help teams deliver measurable business outcomes.You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to clarify scope, manage dependencies, surface tradeoffs, and facilitate timely decisions. You will bring structure to ambiguous work, maintain momentum across teams, and ensure risks, decisions, and next steps are visible and actionable. You bring strong program management discipline, sound judgment, and collaborative influence to your work. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $78,000 and $140,360. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
