Job summary

GFT is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Power Delivery Practice in West Palm Beach, FL. You will lead diverse design teams, oversee program growth, manage client relationships, and drive on-time delivery of complex projects.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in project leadership, a strong background in engineering, and proficiency with industry tools like BlueBeam Revu and AutoCAD. MBA or PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years' experience conceptualizing and delivering projects.
• Familiarity with program types and requirements.
• Familiarity with BlueBeam Revu, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the program.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, program directors, and stakeholders.
• Develop proposals, statements of qualifications, and RFP responses.
• Track industry trends and funding opportunities to anticipate client needs.
• Create strategic plans for program expansion and represent the firm at industry events.
• Oversee execution of active projects and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and resource plans for profitability.
• Monitor KPIs like backlog, utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects.
• Implement program controls, reporting systems, and governance.
