PG&E's Electric Asset Strategy team seeks a Principal Program Manager to drive data, analytics, and technology initiatives across ARM. You will translate needs into requirements, shape enterprise initiatives, and integrate capabilities into core workflows, helping decision-makers leverage AI/ML tools effectively.

You will champion data governance, partner with AKM, Propel, and Data Management & Analytics teams, and lead adoption of analytics and visualization products to support risk-informed

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience driving data, analytics and technology initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic programs and partners.
• Report-outs to leaders and executive teams on ARM initiatives.
• Perform feasibility analysis, business cases, and prioritization of projects.
• Lead cross-utility project teams to influence decisions.
• Coach and mentor team members on data and AI/ML adoption.
• Define data strategy and governance to support risk-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with AKM, Propel, and Data Management & Analytics teams.
