Job summary

Elevated Materials seeks a Senior Program Manager for its U.S. manufacturing expansion, with 100% onsite presence in Santa Clara area as the project moves from planning through startup and ramp.

You will coordinate engineering, construction, finance, supply chain, and government stakeholders to deliver a greenfield facility on time and on budget. The role demands 10+ years in complex capital programs, FEED/EPC experience, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10+ years leading complex industrial/capital expansion programs.
• Strong knowledge of program management, budgeting, scheduling, change management, and risk management.
• Experience with FEED, EPC/EPCM, or Owner's Representative delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield manufacturing expansion.
• Develop integrated master schedule for site development, engineering, construction, commissioning, and ramp.
• Coordinate EPC/EPCM partners, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
• Establish governance, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting.
• Oversee procurement, FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and qualification.
• Ensure compliance with NEPA, Buy America, and award obligations.
• Drive factory startup, staffing, training, and ramp-to-volume execution.
• Maintain audit-ready records of costs, milestones, and decisions.
