Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Material Project Manager to lead core project planning and execution in San Jose, CA. This on-site role reports to the Sr.

Program Manager, Supply Chain & Manufacturing and focuses on coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver capital projects on time and within budget. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in engineering/project management, experience with facility construction, and a strong background in energy or manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in Plant/Facility Engineering and managing construction projects.
• Experience managing small and large capital improvement projects.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of engineering and/or manufacturing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop or update project plans including objectives, technologies, schedules, staffing and funding.
• Ensure cross-functional project team remains on-track against schedule and budget.
• Proactively manage risks and drive closure.
• Achieve results through well-organized teams.
• Work closely with internal cross-function teams, external engineering and construction companies.
• Knowledge of Building and (NFPA) codes, standards, and compliances is a plus.
