Viasat seeks a Senior Program Manager for Government Services & Solutions to lead complex internal development programs delivering secure, multidomain connectivity for government and military missions worldwide. You will coordinate software-def, SATCOM, terminals, antennas, and network services to meet customer requirements.

The role demands matrixed leadership, disciplined execution, and strong communication with senior leadership while aligning with security and compliance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical or business field.
• 10+ years of multifaceted program or project management experience.
• Experience leading large internal development programs across software, SATCOM, hubs and terminals.
• Ability to lead in a highly matrixed organization with broad stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for end-to-end program execution across multiple internal development efforts.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Cyber & Information Security, and Finance.
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
• Plan, track, and report program performance with metrics and status updates.
• Manage risks and opportunities to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
