Job summary

Quantech Services Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a large on-site NGA-related program in the St. Louis area. You will oversee contract and financial performance, staff a 40+ person team including subcontractors, and maintain strong client relations from initiation through closeout.

The role requires 12+ years of PM experience, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and a proven track record in delivering complex government contracts. Occasional travel to CONUS locations is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field; Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• 12+ years of program or project management experience, with 5+ years on large-scale NGA-like task orders.
• Proven government contract management experience with FAR/DFARS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the task order and define KPIs.
• Manage program budget, expenditures, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and manage 40+ professionals including subcontractors; staff and train the team.
• Act as primary client liaison and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee delivery of all program deliverables ensuring quality and on-time submission.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; develop risk management plans.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership and client.
• Allocate and manage resources for optimal efficiency.
