Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join the OE Group and drive technically complex projects from kickoff through shipment.

You will interface with the customer, define contract scope, and align milestones with Engineering and other departments to meet delivery commitments. You will manage multiple projects, foresee risks, and maintain contract documentation while coordinating with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.

Qualifications

• Due to Federal Contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
• BS in Engineering or Project Management or equivalent job experience.
• 5-10 years of experience managing government projects in a contract-based environment.
• Experience in managing R&D projects in engineered products.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Travel up to 10% yearly and proficient in MS Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact and ensure satisfaction after contract award.
• Define supply scope for contracts and set milestones with Engineering Manager.
• Track contract status through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and shipping.
• Coordinate across Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Sales, Test, and Engineering.
• Negotiate changes to contracts, submittals, delivery terms, and pricing.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecasts with the program manager.
• Communicate task schedules and secure needed resources for timely delivery.
• Produce regular status reports on cost, delivery, submittals, milestones, and risk.
• Manage packaging, shipping, and progress payments/invoices per contract.
• Develop post-shipment reviews and implement improvement ideas.
