EVS is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee and manage the administrative activities of our potential contract in Port Hueneme, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage administrative activities related to contract execution.
• Supervise managers and personnel in the performance of assigned duties and tasks.
• Review and maintain the quality of technical work performed on the program.
• Assure and monitor the timeliness and quality of all work products delivered.
• Develop and implement task and work planning strategies.
• Monitor and report on task order performance and financial status.
• Control budget, schedule, and task execution to ensure project success.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors to ensure compliance and performance.

This position is contingent upon the award of the contract. The anticipated start date and scope of work will be determined based on the outcome of the interview process and the details of the awarded contract.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• DoD experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
