Job summary

Sherpa 6, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own project success end-to-end—managing budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction for government programs.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate with Contracting, Financial, Legal, Security, and engineering teams. You will develop and maintain project artifacts, conduct meetings, and provide analytical guidance while complying with ethics and integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/PM or related field.
• 5 years of experience managing/supervising technical teams/projects.
• U.S. citizen required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of assigned projects.
• Provide a single point of contact for assigned projects.
• Interface with all stakeholders including Contracting, Financial, Legal, Security, Senior Staff, Executive Staff, Customers, End Users, Engineering, IT, and Team Members.
• Participate in Business Development activities including networking, program capture, and proposal development.
• Develop project artifacts including detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
