Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a dynamic Sr. Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight to drive, coordinate, and monitor engineering programs, including scheduling, product cost analysis, early access, and first customer shipment.

This role will be heavily involved in leading the cross-functional teams from sales, productions, and purchasing. You must have an exceptional project management and communication skills in order to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex engineering programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, scheduling, and cost analysis abilities.
• ERP/SAP experience and data-driven decision making are required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key OEM customers to provide turnkey manufacturing services.
• Lead production planning, material readiness, shortages prevention, order fulfilment, and quality control.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from Sales, Production, Product Management, and Purchasing.
• Assist engineering programs including NPI, FAI, and ECO scheduling and material planning.
• Analyze forecast demands and maintain material schedules to avoid shortages.
• Plan end-of-life product schedules and post-sale service requirements.
• Identify process improvements across supply chain and product lifecycle.
