Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Business, Engineering or PM, or a technical discipline.
• 10+ years progressively responsible project management experience.
• Experience delivering professional services such as consulting, system implementation, software support.
• Demonstrated team management skills and national/global account experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs for regional financial, strategic financial, Fortune 1000, national accounts and global enterprise clients.
• Support contract renewals and negotiations.
• Support Installation Managers and Directors in customer service relationship management across multiple service areas.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope; escalate as needed.
• Provide reporting, problem resolution plans and resource planning for project success.
