• Monitor and review project health; drive outcomes.
• Establish and track metrics; measure scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Ensure adherence to standards and effective governance across programs.
• Communicate with stakeholders; manage release plans and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting and metrics.
• Coordinate with Product/Application Owners to align cross-functional teams.
• Oversee multiple programs and agile teams as needed.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely decision making.
