Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the UABOS Turkey program to oversee complex projects, optimize operations, manage resources, and ensure budget adherence across Türkiye and Spain. This role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and experience with government contracting in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of PM experience in program/project management.
• Experience leading large multinational and unionized labor forces.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the USAFE-AFAFRICA BOS (UABOS) contract across Türkiye and Spain.
• Act on behalf of KBR for contract activity including labor, finances, and contractual requirements.
• Interface with Client personnel, Ramstein-based staff, and host nation leadership to deliver program outcomes.
• Support business development with information requests, proposals, and performance reviews.
• Ensure self-assessments and CPARs are prepared for PMR/PSR and related performance evaluations.
