Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline and 5 years of KBR program/project management experience.
• Directing and managing a large multi-national and unionized labor force.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the USAFE-AFAFRICA BOS (UABOS) contract at Türkiye and Spain locations.
• Interface with client, contractor leadership, and local teams to meet performance objectives.
• Support business development, information requests, and proposal reviews as needed.
• Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Schedule and contract appendices.
• Maintain project budgets, resource plans, and schedule within government contracting norms.
