Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a seasoned Capacity Delivery Program Scheduler to own and optimize the P6 CPM schedule for greenfield data center builds. You will drive cost tracking and schedule integrity, delivering clear, data-backed decisions to executives.

The role requires 4+ years in P6 scheduling, hyperscale data center experience, and expert knowledge of Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Office. Based in Austin or willing to relocate, you must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on P6 CPM scheduling and cost controls as the person building and owning the schedule.
• Greenfield hyperscale or data center build experience or comparably complex programs of $500M+.
• Expert in Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and the MS Suite; you can rebuild a broken schedule logic network.

Responsibilities

• Own the P6 CPM schedule for one or more greenfield data center builds from baseline through closeout.
• Run cost and productivity tracking against budget and baseline, surfacing variances before they become issues.
• Drive schedule compression on the critical path, quantify recovery options in days/dollars.
• Lead schedule reviews with GC and schedulers, challenge float, logic, and durations.
• Build reporting cadence (look-aheads, EV, dashboards) for leadership decisions.
• Close out projects with as-built schedules and cost records for audits.
